At Black Bird I would Bus and Bar Back;
- Staying knowledgable on the menu.
- Stocking ice, glasses and silverware.
- Making fresh juice and garnishes.
- Getting liquor from the basement.
- Running food to the correct table and seat number.
I was so efficient I was able to do multiple sections simultaneously.
Temple Coffee Cafe
2012 - 2015
I worked at the S street location doing both bar backing and cash register.
- Greeting customers with a smile.
- Upselling all current items as asked.
- Brewing coffee, ice teas and making french press in rhythm with the line.
- Making apropriate drink set-ups for my barista.
- Bussing tables and grabbing waters for customers.
- Making sure everything is stocked and clean when I leave.
I also worked in the Roasterie, managing daily orders and inventory for stores.
